"Pros: The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is 10 mins walk from the West Station and it costs around €5 to take Uber to the city center The kitchen is very well equipped 👍🏻 Cons: The balcony is quite worn out and will need renovation. The apartment is quite close to the main road so it is a bit noisy at night with the noise of the cars." ~Kaya

"Pros: Everything was clean, comfortable, and the apartment had all the necessary facilites. The location is great because it is close to the Warsaw western train station. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Even though it was just a one night stay we were completely satisfied with the apartment. Cons: Nothing" ~Jonas

"The Hetman was a great experience. The staff were kind and friendly and the room was lovely. However, there is ongoing roadwork nearby which meant that it took over an hour to get to the other side of Warsaw. Not pleasant during rush hour but certainly nothing for which the hotel itself was responsible. I would certainly reccomend the Hetman once all the road work is completed. " ~Travelpoland.com user

"Pokoje bardzo często nie są w pełni wysprzątane. W łazience toaleta i prysznic mają ślady po byłych wynajmujących pokój i dość często jest pełno brudu po lustrem, na meblach w pokoju jest kurz i często są plamy po napojach i jedzeniu. Szklanki i kubki nie domyte, raz zdarzyło się, że Pani sprzątająca nawet w szklanki nie zajrzała - były w nich krople po napoju. Podłoga nie jest zamiatana, jest bardzo dużo kurzu i brudu oraz wszędzie długie czarne włosy. Z każdym wynajęciem te sytuacje powtarzają się. Korzystam z hotelu ze względu na przemiłą obsługę na recepcji (są bardzo wyrozumiałe i chętne do pomocy) oraz bliskość hotelu do pracy. Moim zdaniem ewidentnie Menedżer Hotelu nie kontroluje wyrywkowo Pań, które sprzątają pokoje." ~Nie chcę podawać
