"Pros: A comfortable bed, quiet room, location is great. Cons: The room never got cooler than 24 C with airco on or off. We tried everything. You cannot properly open windows for fresh air. When asked for extra coffee I was told, though kindly, that the place was not a hotel. Ok. Then you can say no sorry we cannot give you more coffee, which we did get :) thank you for the extra effort. Once the door code didn't work. We were helped immediately after calling the reception number. There was no toilet paper after we ran out of it. When I called reception once again I was instructed where to find more, but there was no more, only paper towels for the hands....I was looking for a cleaner to help me on several occasions, and found nobody." ~Monika

"Pros: Nice place in amazing location. Clean, comfy place with good wifi. A bit bare bones (no soap, cooking supplies, etc) but good. Cons: I didn't like that there was an additional deposit and the need to coordinate around this outside of the booking platform." ~Jason
