"Pros: It is a proper apartment.
The space is well allocated.
quiet most of the time.
I didn’t receive the check in code. When I called, the person answering the phone talked in a polite and helpful tone.
Personally I liked the bedding.
Cons: However, you can smell it that they are trying to save budgets, literally by smelling. Unpleasant.
Missing items that were expected.
Not clean/things need replacing. I dare not use some items because of it. Simply can’t trust it.
All above seems a waste to me. If they put some basic thoughts into this accommodation, they’d see the difference in the rating.
What else reveals it: I spent two days there. When there was more than 1 day left, I was asked about my check out time. Unnecessary thing to do - I will leave by 11:00. By getting the question it gives the feeling of being hastened."

"Zalety: Mieszkanie jest bardzo jasne i wygodne.
Wady: Niestety czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Mieszkanie było powierzchownie ogarnięte. Pościel założona na lewą stronę, od niechcenia rzucona na łóżko, poszewka od poduszki dwa razy za dużo, ręczniki baaardzo kiepskiej jakości. Deska klozetowa była zupełnie zepsuta. Mimo, że mieszkanie było dla dwóch osób to właściciel nie przewidywał dwóch kompletów pościeli. Mimo wysłania prośby o drugą kołdrę i nową deskę klozetową, nie otrzymaliśmy owych rzeczy. Mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale należy o nie zadbać."

"Pros: The positive aspects were that the house had everything we needed, it was in a very convenient location for transportation and it was clean.
Cons: The negative aspects were that they did not help with the early check-in time and the house was on the 4th floor, the neighbors helped us carry our luggage :)"
