"Pros: Apartment has really nice location. I rented them for one person, and for me everything was comfortable: there was a lot of amenities as a coffee machine, electronic kettle, iron and ironing board, nice bathroom with fan - everything what you would find in description is true. Everything was really clean, even the aroma in apartment was nice. The TV works well, the instructions is below the TV. If you need to stay somewhere for short period it’s quite pleasant place. All shops, cafes, restaurants and facilities are close to that place. Cons: The only thing I would recommend is to be able to ‘fresh’ the room. The windows did not open and there is no air conditioning. If there is any way to fix it, that would be great. I was visiting in the summer and at times I opened the front door for airing out as it was getting stuffy. But it was not a big problem because the location of the apartment allows you to open the door ajar. I also recommend that you send instructions on how to get to the apartment, the door is around the corner and I couldn't find it right away. I suspect that I am one of the few who did not find it, but if the journey to Warsaw was not easy and the arrival was early, it is not immediately possible to orientate yourself. But I will say right away that in any case service will contact you and help you find an apartment. The support service works well." ~Maryna

"Pros: - bed was comfortable, tho only one pillow - size was nice -great localisation -shampoo and shower gel -nice big windows -black out blinds -big closet -good fan (the apartment was quite cool regardless, which i highly appreciate) Cons: -not as tidy as it could be, the bathroom could use a deep clean -no elevator -the check in process was easy(tho be careful google maps doesnt show the right place sometimes, i reported it and i think its changed, however i would be cautious), but i dont think its very safe? I wont disclose it as im sure some people could try to take advantage, the owners should consider getting a key locker And i think its pretty weird to ask people not to wipe their faces on the towels, maybe just bleach them afterwards?? They should be doing that anyway, thats why you get white sheets ect. for rental properties…" ~Ada
