"Pros: I booked through booking.com and filled out the required forms there and then was directed to the website that managed the property. I was directed to fill out the same information there not realizing that it created a duel account in my name. This created problems with receiving check-in/check-out information and communication in general. The rentujemy staff worked to correct this but it was time-consuming and challenging for both of us. Additionally, there were a few items at the property that needed repair. I took photos to document the items (a ceiling light that is dangling by the electrical cord, a phone that is not adhered to the wall and an under-cabinet light strip that is no longer attached to the cabinet) but was unable to send the photos at first because the communications were going through booking.com and they did not allow 2-way communication with rentujemy. The staff at rentujemy gave me an email so I could contact them directly, which if it had been provided immediately would have precluded some of the issues I previously mentioned. There is an unpleasant odor in the bathroom that seems to be coming up from the drain. We kept the bathroom for closed to keep the smell contained in the bathroom. Finally, there was what looked to us, a mattress protector on the mattress but no sheets were provided. We usually dress a bed with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket and bedspread so the provided set-up seemed inadequate to us. A spare full set of sheets should be provided for the bed. Overall, the location was great for site-seeing and to get an experience of local culture." ~Gar
