"Pros: The location is in a super quiet residential neighborhood. There are small corner shops very close by for all essentials. It's a less than 10 minute walk to the metro. The hosts appeared to be a professional lettings company and were incredibly quick to respond to my queries. If there had been any big issues I have no doubt they would have been responded to at the speed of light. Cons: The description of this accommodation starts with 'Featuring a spa bath...'. There is no spa bath. It is also way smaller than it seems in the photos. There were a couple of dead spiders, a broken blind, and one of the broken pendant lights weirdly had elastoplast strips over it. One of the sliding wardrobe doors was broken. In terms of over all cleanliness, it absolutely had been cleaned beautifully to a high standard some time previously, but hadn't been bothered with since. My guess is that not many people have stayed here due to the Ikea labels still being on all the crockery, but overall it just felt that no one had bothered checking properly either after the last guests left (if there had been any) or before we arrived. We were awoken at 2am on our first night by a really loud beep. This was something to do with the entry door system, and happened randomly throughout our stay although that was the only time we were disturbed at night. We weren't able to get to the bottom of what was causing it, and pressing what looked like the mute button didn't make any difference. One other thing that is worth pointing out is that you sleep on a sofa bed, and there isn't an additional sofa. As with most of the other things at this accommodation, that's fine rather than great. Considering that overall this accommodation is a mixed bag of good and not so good points, what did amaze me was the price. £631 for a 4 night stay for 2 people on a sofa bed feels very overpriced, not least because the top billed spa bath doesn't exist. While none of our issues were deal breakers, there were just too many to make this a great stay. Would we stay here again? Certainly not at that price." ~Nicole
