"Pros: The size of the place is about right to me, and how the space is allocated; Comparatively, I haven’t seen anything more satisfactory in several years, especially compared to those money making machine that barely spent any thoughts and efforts on their apartments (these are such a disgrace to see. appalling that how much it changed the people over the past three years).
It was quiet 99.9% of the time, in spite of the times I heard footsteps just once in a while. It’s a very decent neighborhood. To me, quietness is the most important “trivial factor” for rating anything.
Location is nice enough. It was close to travel to the center part that I needed to visit.
Everything I had to use was alright. But I’m a man traveling on my own; There’re limited items I had to use.
Last but not least, I liked the way the owner interacted with my messages. It felt like talking to humans, rather than those money making greedy blind machine, as I mentioned above; There are many that simply ignore messages, and there are also some that focus on the hypocritical “professionalism” in their speech, but literally they DO NOT do anything else, let alone help.
