"Pros: We stayed in this apartment from 7 - 23 March, and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. ✔Good location. ✔ Reasonable price. Cons: ❌ Dirty upon check-in. The apartment was in a terrible state when we arrived, and we had to clean it ourselves. This is not what you expect when renting a place. ❌ Broken items. Some things (roller blinds, kitchen table with chairs, wardrobes, I was afraaid to use the dishwasher...The furniture is cheap and in terrible condition) were already damaged when we moved in. However, after we left, we were blamed for breaking them. ❌ Unjustified accusations. After our stay, the landlord started making claims about damages without providing any proof, which raises concerns about their honesty. Unfortunately, instead of a comfortable stay, we had to deal with unnecessary issues. If you want to avoid a similar experience, I strongly recommend looking for a different place." ~Vita

"Pros: Clean, really spacious and comfortable, well thought through, with all necessary kitchenware. Good location not far from the underground and public transport stops. Grocery store and bakery in the building. Cons: For one, somehow the booking com rejected our card, which we earlier used for such payments, and the property offered to use 3d party payment system. Second, communication with the property is not that efficient because of either auto replies or different people answering each message. And third, small fridge in the apartment, which makes it good only for short stays." ~Helena
