There is a parking space at the ground car park for guests. The apartment building is located in a dynamically changing part of Mokotów, next to the largest business center in Warsaw, with excellent communication - numerous bus and tram lines, not far from the Służew and Wilanowska metro stations and SKM stops. Nearby there are service outlets, shops, offices, kindergartens, a school and Shopping Center Galeria Mokotów, as well as numerous bicycle paths, parks, green and recreational areas.
