At first, I was a bit put off by the building, but it's because it's different where I am from. It's actually very nice, safe and comfy here. The studio is very nice and well thought, clean, the bed is firm and comfortable. I slept very well.

Cons: AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst booking experience ever. Both with the "host" and booking customer service. Arrived at the location after midnight (I informed them weeks before that I would arrive late and they said OK). Could not get into the apartment building (the key was not working). Waited a lot until a neighbour opened the door to get in. Had trouble finding the apartment, as there is no number on the door. Opened the door and - surprise - a total disaster. The first thing was the terrible smell from the bathroom. Then, the unmade bed with garbage on the bed. Garbage bins filled with garbage, cigarette buds and used toilet paper. Dirty bathroom and floors. Dirty dishes in the sink. Host's customer service is unavailable in the evenings. Found out later that they are unavailable during working hours (impossible to reach them by phone and they reply after a day when I text them). Talked to booking customer service and I was advised to leave the apartment and look for another accommodation for my initially booked days, that booking will cancel the "disaster" apartment booking with a total refund and that I will get reimbursed for the difference in price compared to the new accommodation I find. I was promised detailed instructions in an email which I never got. Left the apartment shortly after getting in. The "host" messaged me the next day asking for proof of "cleaning imperfections" 😁 Called booking customer support after 1 day again inquiring about the email with all reimbursement details I was promised and I was told that "there is no note in the file about free cancellation with total refund, nor about the reimbursement of price difference of the new accommodation". Spent a total of aprox 10-12 hours writing emails and talking to booking customer support and was advised that only if the "host" would kindly accept to cancel themselves that I could get my money back." ~Andrei
