"Pros: 1. The location of the studio is rather good. 2. When we arrived to the studio, we found that the electrical kettle was out of order. Next morning I wrote an email to the administrator about that situation. And in the evening of the same day we were brought a new kettle just bought in the shop. That was an indicator of a good customer service. Cons: A slight canalization odor was present in the toilet the whole time of our staying in the studio." ~Larysa
