"Pros: I really like how fast the staff responded to my question through Zalo. I tried some other hotels and they were not that responsive. The room is big and nice, I would rent something like that as an apartment. Cons: The location is not quite walk-friendly since it's the end of the uphill road. Noise seems to be a problem, at the weekend some family had a party in the rooftop and I could hear them yelling and running, very noisy. But normally I didn't hear other noise." ~Nguyễn
