"Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The staff helped us book transport to Hanoi.
Cons: This hotel was the best rated cheaper hotel we could find in Tam Dao. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in Vietnam it was not good value for money. But maybe in Tam Dao it is. The bed was soooo hard like a table. The other guests were incredibly loud in the night and morning screaming children. The room didn't get cleaned and there was no breakfast included. However both the staff were very smiley and friendly although didn't speak English which is fine."

"Pros: Good Place to stay in the midst of Tam Dao, easy to reach almost everything by foot from the Hotel. Overall i enjoyed my stay and can not complain anything. Friendly Host with enough english to communicate. I would go back to this place on the next visit."
