"Pros: The location is great. Good value for money, very clean. We arrived in Sapa at 3am, Juliana and her staff helps us for the late check in. Juliana is very helpful and informative in arranging our needs during our stay in Sapa. The bathroom floor was very slippery, but slippers were provided to avoid slipping. Will definitely stay here again 😊 Cons: There's no elevator. Though it's fine for us, but it would be uncomfortable for the elderly and people with disabilities." ~Laras
