Cons: No entrance for the building
Your only way from a souvenir shop take the elevator which closes 12 the room wasn’t clean enough it was just clean before we arrived water still everywhere am not sure that the sheets are changed
But otherwise location is good big room and great value"

"Pros: The place was amazing, not in the busy town but just outside. Giving beautifull views from the room, you can even see the cable cars to fansipan and a calm relaxed atmosphere. The host was very helpfull, we could rent a motorbike from the villa."

"Pros: We arrived at 6am and the check-in staff offered an early check-in. The beds comes with heated blankets which is needed especially during the frosty times in SAPA. A storage room was provided to keep our luggage while we trekked.
Cons: Our allocated room's hot water did not work as well, it went from hot to cold. The aircon to use for heating did not work very well."
