"Pros: Swimming pool was good. Kids pool 0.6M - great for the kids. Connecting room was convenient. Pool view was nice. And we could see ferris wheel in the background. Location wise, yes, cross the road at the swimming pool is the 'Grand world'. Just not the Grand world I imagine with the water taxi & river. But further down one more road, is the night market and the tower clock, which then is the river view. But to walk to the bridge or bamboo exhibit with the words Grand World, I suggest to take the buggy or Xanh sm taxi/Grab taxi. Sometimes it is like VND20,000 ~VND30,000 plus for taxi. Room wise, the cupboards size are great. Bathrooms are clean. The hotel double bed feels smaller than my apartment stay in Sunset town but still ok comfy to sleep in. Kids club was spacious. The ball pit area seems clean. Balls werent sticky. There are paid fringe activities like painting hats etc. Buffet breakfast is decent. Standard varieties from your eggs , live station, bread, fruits, cereal, rice & noodles etc... Really, given the price, I think it is okay stay. However, it does feel like if you got the budget, could go for something else. Best part is people for sure knows what is VinHolidays so no problem getting your buggy back to hotel. For sure, they know the location. Cons: Only body wash & shampoo. No conditioner. Unexpected of a 5 star hotel. And the only rubbish bin per room is the one in the bathroom. One of the rooms wifi was bad and TV couldnt connect. Call the reception and got it fixed. Language barrier is real here. Speaking English with hotel reception over the phone sometimes can be challenging. Saw the buggy ride notice in lobby at VN50,000 per ride per person!? Outside the hotel, the buggy rides were going at one trip VND50,000 per car per our whole family." ~Shihan

"Pros: Wonderful location for holiday private beach great pool big clean rooms very good value for money pool and beach staff and life guards very pro Cons: Had cockroach in the room . Staff almost not speak English very cold no one meet us with language when arrived . Kids zone have 2 people work there instead of take care guest they sit on the phone playing . Water park only work 2 hour day and half the slides broken the baby park work also morning 3 hours. Breakfast medium it open 6-10 but some food only bring after 8 also almost all same and taste soso ." ~Dmitri
