"Pros: After comparing 6hotels with similar characteristics, I hesitated a bit because all the pictures posted by previous guests were not that appealing. So I ended booking 3nights, and once on site, i extended 2more nights. The reality is that the hotel is so so much better than the pictures you see. The facilities are very comfortable, super clean, the beach, the sea, the pool, wow. The garden, the hammocks, the palm trees. Just peaceful; relaxing, and a treat for the senses!!! The breakfast was delicious, the room super comfortable, the reception, guest services, meals and room services, superb. I will definitely come back with my family. Most of other guest were also respectful and mindful of others, well mannered for most, despite the diversity of nationalities. I have been almost 20years in Southeast Asia, travelling often. I will come back for sure. A tip is to take advantage of the free Vinbus that goes into town every 20mn or so, from GranWorld, and the free hotel shuttle that bring you to granworld anytime, and at 5pm to center town, bringing you back at 9pm. Also; many guests describe poor English from hotel staff. That is simply not true: if you are a bit patient, articulate your words slowly for the complicated ones, and repeat it, you will get the information you need. They are all very helpful. Cons: The only little cloud to this blue sky experience is the rudeness of some (not the majority, some were respectful) of the pool and beach lifeguards, blowing the whistle and staring at you like you were committing a grave offense when you or your kid would not come out of the water when told to, 10seconds after closing time…did not align with the courtesy and 5stars service displayed by 95% of staffs." ~Khmeron50
