"Pros: The hotel has a fantastic location, the beach is quite good, although we couldn't use it due to Rainy season. The pool is amazing, it is beautiful, clean and the breakfast was great. The restaurants are good, mainly the local ones. Cons: The staff doesn't talk English and it is complicated to communicate with them. Additionally, they are very rude when you ask for something or they don't know how to answer (most of them are trainees). The cleanliness could be better and fast, the room was not always clean at 3 p.m. having the full morning without us inside to do it. The Spanish restaurant has good dishes but very expensive and small portions." ~Ruben
