"Pros: Chang, one of the many hotel staff was most helpful. Loved the 2-bedroom apartment that we booked, size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooftop was pleasant, just perfect for breakfast served each morning. Liked that we could refill drinking water at any time, this was a great; compared to having store purchased water bottles available. Access to book the driver and car when need to take a ride around the place. The driver Tien was also very helpful with showing us around on route to our destinations. Cons: Breakfast did not have many options but nonetheless, it was not too bad. Maybe, some options could be provided. We stayed 3 nights so would have loved to have some options." ~Caroline
