"Pros: Its and older building from ~1990s, but maintained properly. Pluses: - close to the main road, but still quiet - comfortable bed to sleep in - the room is spacious and with lots of daylight - aircon works - fan works - wifi works - fridge works - hot water works - lots of bars and restaurants around Room is completely equipped with whatever you may need - including electric kettle. There is also drinking water provided to the guests in an ecological way - big refillable bottles. Overall its very solid 8-8.5/10 Cons: - sink in the bathroom was kind of clogged, guess it depends on the room - some occasional small ants here and there, but nothing terrible - not connected to the guesthouse itself: Mui Ne and surroundings are "constructed" in a way, that there is very little public beach access, which is not good." ~Mr

"Pros: The beach was only 30 m from the room, the pool was clean and just 5 m from the room. The views are spectacular. The buffet breakfast at the nearby 4* hotel was outstanding, considering the price (you get a cup of coffee at Starbucks for that money in Europe or the States) :-) Cons: This has nothing to do with the property itself but the beach outside the guesthouse is sometimes dirty, as is the water. Moreover, there was just one decent Vietnamese restaurant within a walking distance--excellent food at a great price but nothing else except a 4* hotel down the road." ~Vova
