"Pros: Its and older building from ~1990s, but maintained properly.
Pluses:

- comfortable bed to sleep in
- the room is spacious and with lots of daylight

- lots of bars and restaurants around
Room is completely equipped with whatever you may need - including electric kettle.
There is also drinking water provided to the guests in an ecological way - big refillable bottles.
Overall its very solid 8-8.5/10
Cons: - sink in the bathroom was kind of clogged, guess it depends on the room
- some occasional small ants here and there, but nothing terrible
- not connected to the guesthouse itself: Mui Ne and surroundings are "constructed" in a way, that there is very little public beach access, which is not good."

"Pros: Location great, on the main road, literally next door to the Fairy Stream. Abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets in the area. Spotlessly clean, room cleaned every day, very friendly people. Fan, air-conditioning, minibar and shower all in perfect working order. Would definitely return to this hotel. Room and bathroom size very satisfactory. Thank you. Note to those travelling by bus: most companies drop you off and pick you up in front of the hotel, no need to go to their 'bus station', just mention it when you book."
