"Pros: Great location on the beach, lovely grounds with Koi Carp in the ponds and nice swimming pools. Staff helped book taxi to Nha Trang for much less than 12go or Grab prices. Nice park next door with electric cars/bikes for kids, looks fun. Cons: No towels for use by pool/beach. Breakfast was great for Asian tourists, but no bacon/sausage for western tourists (we managed though with omelette/fried eggs). Air-conditioning in room wasn't the best and wasn't allowing proper adjustment. Reception staff didn't speak much English, but we managed." ~Richard
