"Pros: Loved the location - 2 minute walk to main area of tam Coc and walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Very clean room, owned and ran by a lovely family. Laundry service excellent and very affordable. Breakfast was the best I have had in Vietnam - the mango was unlike any I’d ever tried! They even made homemade pineapple jam! The air conditioning was so good! Loved our stay, highly recommend. Cons: There was building work ongoing nearby although this was loud it was at sociable times and so did not impact our stay." ~Michael

"Pros: Very nice location, very quiet as it of on a side street, but only 4-5 minutes walk from busy part of town. Supplied us with scooter motorbikes for the day to explore the area. I wish I stayed longer here. Cons: Nothing at all." ~Scott
