"Pros: The retreat is in a beautiful remote location up in the hills - we were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage children) and the staff kindly provided two rooms next door to each other as we requested. We all enjoyed the lovely laid back atmosphere of the hotel, with staff who are incredibly helpful, delicious food for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and amazing swimming pools with gorgeous views of the valley. The rooms were incredibly clean, well laid out and with great views. We organised a half day walking trek from the hotel which i would definitely recommend - our guide Hien was fabulous! Ahead of our visit we asked if the hotel could organise us a driver from Hanoi airport and then back to Hanoi and this was organised brilliantly with no fuss and friendly helpful confirmations. The resort is also great value for money considering the high standard it provides - would definitely recommend! Cons: A fridge in the room would have been a welcome bonus!" ~Hulbert
