"Pros: Moire Hoi An felt like a real luxury resort. Check in was efficient, the lobby quiet and spacious, our rooms were clean and had enough space to spread out and feel at home. The restaurants and pool facilities were well maintained. All the staff were friendly and spoke English well. We visited in a busy time and never felt over-crowded or noisy. Cons: When we stayed in 2024, there was a free shuttle bus across the bridge - if this was still available, we weren't told about it." ~Simone
