"Pros: Location was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach. Pool was great for cooling off. Bikes are a bit old and rickety but handy for getting around. Connecting family room gave us plenty of space for our family of 4. Breakfast options were tasty and generous. Minh speaks great English and is very helpful. All the staff are very friendly. Cons: River view is more of a road view but not noisy once closed up. Bathroom could use a little freshen up." ~Paige

"Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The place is great, right next to some rice fields. It’s perfect if you wanna stay away from the hustle of the city. You also have free bikes and we loved to explore Hoi an by riding around. The host is lovely, she was very helpful and kind.
