"Pros: Very clean, modern, and spacious homestay with equally spotless rooms. We were warmly welcomed by their lovely family, always greeting us with a smile. Although we didn’t get to spend much time with them due to our busy schedule, they were always kind and attentive whenever we saw them. Their daughter (we believe) was especially helpful and sweet. They even let us borrow their bikes for free, which was perfect for getting to the Memories Show—it would’ve been about a 30-minute walk otherwise. We highly recommend biking there, as the ride is scenic and peaceful. They also provided laundry service at a very reasonable price. Our clothes came back smelling fresh and were neatly folded and packed. The location is also perfect! It’s just a 2-minute walk from the night market, but far enough that you don’t hear any of the noise. It’s located in a very quiet area, which we really appreciated after long days out. The Old Town is just a 4-minute stroll away—close enough for convenience, but just far enough to escape the crowds and noise when you return home. All in all, a peaceful and welcoming place with great hospitality. Highly recommended!" ~Thien

"Pros: This is Beautiful Homestay. The family that run it are so nice and friendly. Nothing was a problem to them, and they booked tours and taxi for us. The location is perfect only a short walk to the river and restaurants , bars and shops. Breakfast was was nice and simple." ~Keith
