"Pros: This is a guest-house where the owners rent out a few rooms on the upper floors to tourists. It is in a great location, down a small lane just off a main street and within walking distance of Hoi An's historic centre. I had a private bathroom, really good air-conditioning and a small balcony. Although there was no fridge in the room, the landlady allowed me to use the fridge in the family's kitchen downstairs so I could always have a cold drink if I needed one. The landlady, who spoke very good English, was so friendly and helpful and enabled me have a fantastic stay in this beautiful town. She was able to arrange hire of a motorbike from an outlet next door for just 120,000 VND so that I could visit My Son. The price of the room was unbelievably cheap; it represents incredible value for money. I would highly recommend this place to any solo traveller looking to visit Hoi An" ~Mark
