"Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Tam Coc Sky Bungalow. It’s was a little out of the town, which was just really nice and quiet. The bungalow was nice and clean. They do offer free bike rental but the bikes are in real bad condition in my opinion, so maybe be better to rent in town.
The family is super lovely, the breakfast was nice and the pool was amazing! As it was super hot the days I was there, it was nice to be able to cool down after a day of exploring.
You can enjoy the most gorgeous sunsets at this homestay and exploring the rice fields nearby was so nice!
Cons: They offer scooter rental which is convenient, but the scooter was in very bad condition. It kept stopping all the time and the helmets are really just for show and not protection. Although the scooter felt bad at first I took me everywhere I wanted to go and it worked out. They charge 150000 VND and in town you can rent for 100000 VND, but it’s more convenient to rent directly to save time.
They are doing a complete rebuild of the property right next to the bungalows and it’s noisy and construction workers are starring when you wear a bikini around the pool.
Despite some negatives I would book it again, as the positives outweigh the negatives."
