"Pros: The resort's facitities and infrastructure are impeccable. Villas are spacious, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We stay in a 2-bedroom pool villa and at the end of our stay, we don't want to leave. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Requests are always met. Cons: During our stay, it was very noisy, some time due to the resort's own event and some time due to a large group of guests hosting some company event. Sitting in the living and I can still feel my chest pounding to the beats from the music outside. Not sure if I am staying in a 5-star luxury resort or in the middle of a fair/bar. The resort really needs to work pn controlling noise at a reasonable, especially during the afternoon nap time or late in the evening. The beach of the resort is bad and not suitable for swimming. If you just want to take some pictures then it's find but if you really want to enjoy the beach, pick another location. The staff are sometimes a bit impatient when it comes to ringing the doorbell, whether it is to deliver bottles of water or to pick us up in their carts. They should ring the bell, then wait 1 or 2 minutes before they need to ring it again. I was lying in my bed when they ring the door, I got up immediately and went to the door but I only made it so far to the living room before they rang the bell again, which is annoying and not appreciated especially when my new born child is sleeping. And lastly, the in-villa dining food is mediocre at best. We ordered a beef burger, stir fried seafood noodles and some grilled squids. The burger patty was plain, the buns were dry, the fries were soggy. The stir fried noodles, which is an oriental dish, used something like spaghetti noodles. And for the grilled squids, we have some small pieces of extremely dry squids on top of a few green leaves, which look like a 50k vnd street food than a 300k dish served in a luxury resort." ~Bao

"Pros: Very close by the main road where we can be picked up by the local bus - Toàn Thắng. Having the new gen of Television which can show my Netflix favorites movies. Cons: There are not so many Breakfast choice for us! If someone decide to stay longer, this would be boring when having the same dish every morning!" ~Thao
