"Pros: Great location. Restaurants, supermarkets, the bus stop to/from the airport, etc, almost everything was within walking distance. The next to the hotel was an excellent Bun Cha (traditional noodle) restaurant. The room was clean, I saw no bugs. The staffs were also friendly and flexible. I arrived in the very early afternoon, but they welcomed and let me check in. Cons: I stayed on the 6th floor, but the lift went up only to the 5th floor, so I had to go up/down the stair. Usually it is not a problem for me, but the stair was too narrow for those with suitcases. I can not recommend this room for those with difficulty in walking. The room had a window but on the upper part of the wall. So, it was impossible to enjoy the city view. TV was not functioning(it did not matter for me, though)." ~Harabe
