"Pros: This hotel was in a great location. Most activities and foods were within walking distance. Additionally, Xenia provided excellent customer service. Xenia helped us by giving tips and advice when travelling around Ha Noi. Xenia also gave us activity and food recommendations that were amazing! Thank you for making our honeymoon a memorable experience! Cons: Size of room could be better as it is quite small, making it a little bit difficult to open large luggage. Otherwise, provided what was necessary: a place to freshen up and sleep." ~Anna
