"Pros: Upon arrival, the hotel kindly upgraded our rooms and offered us a very generous voucher to use in the hotel facilities. We used this voucher for airport transfer for me and my four friends, We rarely see in most hotels. Cons: The hotel is excellent and beautiful, with a great location. Everything was very good overall. However, I have a few general comments that I hope can be improved: • The check-in and check-out were slow. Unfortunately, there was only one staff member handling this process during both our arrival and departure, which took around 15 to 25 minutes just to check in. • The next morning, the Guitar music was extremely loud and woke me up, but once I contacted the reception, they immediately turned it off. Overall, the hotel is truly beautiful, and I highly recommend staying here." ~Ahmed
