"Pros: The view of the mountains is great and having the balcony to enjoy it is also helpful. The location is quite close to the entrance to the park but you still need a map to find the way in the curvy road. Cons: Breakfast: we were asked to order in advance which we did. Then we got a message that the chosen dish wasn’t available. It is a simple Vietnamese dish that you can find anywhere but still they couldn’t make it. We also asked if there was a restaurant but apparently it (more of the catering service) was opened only for Vietnamese because its existence was kinda hidden from us. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday and coffee and water were not replaced as well. It was quite disturbing because there were a lot of dead insects when we checked in already. The people on the parking were not really that helpful and I had to move the parked bikes myself not to leave my bike outside. I honestly don’t know if they were going to do it or not later but I am pretty sure that guests should not do it. The price is quite high but it may be attributed to the fact that we booked for a national holiday." ~Anna
