"Pros: The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few steps from the lake in the Old Quarter. The staff — Grace, Dave, and everyone at the reception — were wonderful and always willing to help with anything we needed. They also recommended and booked a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for us. A great bonus is that they offer a shared bathroom with a shower in hotel's basement available in case your flight leaves late and you want to freshen up before heading to the airport! Cons: Our room didn’t have a window (something common in Vietnam's hotels in general) but since we didn’t spend much time in the room and considering how amazing the staff was, it really wasn’t a big deal for us." ~Elena
