"Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate our request. There were welcoming drink and fruit, very nice and pleasant. The amenities in the bathroom were all from well-known brand and we loved the private onsen and sauna. Food was nice and and quite diverse. Wifi was pretty strong. Soft bed and comfy blanket. The overall atmosphere were calming and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. Cons: We were bitten by mosquito. Also the soundproof is so-so, we could hear people dragging luggage outside and trucks driving past behind the fence." ~Thi
