"Pros: Reception was very helpful when I left passports in the safe whilst cruising Halong bay. Presented very quickly to as as we checked in for second stay. Close to cable car and amusement park.
Cons: Description of facilities was way off the mark. We were meant to have Executive lounge access, but lounge was 'shut' and had someone seeming to be living in it.
Roof top bar didn't exist, whole floor was empty.
No other bar in hotel, apart from a small servery in 'breakfast' restaurant, that had beer, bourbon, and whisky only. Hard to order any (listed) cocktails.
Room had no special access to 'infinity' pool, and main pool had large stone wall past glass screen.
Main Beach had very noisy music till early in morning."

"Pros: It’s nice and big and has lots of things
Cons: On checkout day, they inspected the room and claimed I had taken a bathrobe that was never there since my check-in. They held me up for quite a while, checking with other departments and wanting to charge me for something I didn’t take. Additionally, the hotel was very crowded, and I had to wait a long time for the elevator—there are only four, and they were always full, which is not enough for such a large building."

This cruise ship's itinerary includes the following: 1st Day: Arrive at Ha Long Bay by noon for transfer by tender to Seasun cruise ship. During a Vietnamese lunch, sail through the bay past Stone Dog islet and Incense Burner islet toward Sung Sot Cave for swimming and kayaking on emerald waters. Reboard for a sunset party, evening activities, and overnight aboard the ship. 2nd Day: After breakfast, cruise to Pearl Farm. Join a cooking class after check-out, followed by lunch and disembarkation at the harbor of Ha Long City at 11:45 AM. Shuttle van services transport guests to Hanoi by 4:30 PM. Guests must contact this cruise ship 1 day in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi-Old Quarter or at Hanoi Opera House, which is 3 hours away by car. Roundtrip daily transfers from Hanoi to Ha Long depart between 8 AM and 8:30 AM. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi.
