"Pros: Staying at the Lan Ha Bay Floating Village was an unforgettable experience. The location is truly special. The accommodation was much more comfortable than I expected. I thought it might be quite basic, but we had hot water, aircon, reliable electricity, and even decent Wi-Fi. Everything felt safe, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the food. Every meal was freshly cooked on-site, and there was always plenty to go around—I lost count of how many dishes we were served, easily 15 or more! The team clearly put a lot of care into what they prepared, making sure everyone in our group had something delicious to eat, no matter their dietary needs. Each dish was full of flavour and showed real attention to detail. We also received a lovely surprise when they gave us a free upgrade upon arrival—it was such a thoughtful gesture and really added to the feeling that the team genuinely cared about our experience. I also want to give a special thank you to **Phuong**, who helped us from the very beginning. She arranged our arrival in Cat Ba, planned a beautiful day cruise around the bay—which was absolutely stunning—and made sure our transfer to Ninh Binh went smoothly. Her support made everything stress-free and easy to enjoy. Big thanks also to the wonderful staff on site—**Linh, Ha, Bien, and Loi**—who made us feel so welcome and looked after us with genuine kindness throughout our stay. All in all, my time at the floating village was peaceful, memorable, and incredibly special. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and meaningful travel experience.
