"Pros: Everything! The hosts are so kind, the owner built the bungalows himself I’d heard and they were sooo nice to stay in. Great pancakes for breakfast and very lovely property. Cons: It was a little further to town than I’d realised (that’s on me though) and the beach near by is not really great for swimming with lots of rubbish around, which is very sad. However you’re able to hire out scooters at the home stay for $150K per day and it’s quick to get around the island!" ~Beat

"Pros: Green Homestay was a fantastic place to stay in Cat Ba. It was very relaxing and a great place to rent bikes and go into the town when we wanted. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful, they helped organise transport and a tour for us while we were there. Would recommend!" ~Aoibheann
