"Pros: Considering all the construction that is happening currently the the main tourist area of Cat Ba in June 2025, I was lucky to book my stay here because it was a bit away from all the chaos and still close to everything. Hired a scooter and everything was a stones throw away. Trung, at reception was amazing and took good care of all our special request. He even came and helped us when we got stranded in the town without fuel in our scooter. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Cons: If you are staying during to peak domestic tourist season, things can get loud as families travel with kids. Not much of a worry for us but keep in mind." ~Diganto

"Pros: Quiet, away from the construction mostly. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Cons: No duvet, just a sheet, and not a proper shower- maybe a little overpriced for what you get - also no consistent hot water" ~Katie
