"Pros: Nice and clean, friendly staff. Almost had the whole resort for ourselves. Cons: Breakfast could be better. Construction at the property during oir stay, which we were informed about after booking. Property is great, but the locatiob and Tuan Chau Island is a complete disaster adn a total failure." ~Klaus

"Pros: Everything ran to time, clean room, nice balcony. Food service was great although they tried a bit too hard to make it a "fine dining" experience. Tour more suitable for older couples than families or the under 50s Cons: The activities were very ordinary and felt like time-fillers between meal times. Especially the kayaking on day two where we were just pointed in the direction of a watery equivalent of a cul-de-sac with nothing much to see. Don't expect to see much of Ha Long Bay - the boat spends most of its time moored up in one place." ~Sam
