"Pros: The boat was beautiful and recently refurbished with stylish interiors. It is a smaller boat with approx 15 rooms which is great for meeting people. The captain was very approachable and allowed us into the bridge for photos. He takes a route to a quieter area away from the busy Halong Bay. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Our room was really spacious and clean with a large bed and jacuzzi bath overlooking the water. We had a lovely balcony and window that we could open wide and sit out and read. The food was amazing - so well presented and fresh flavours. The young chef was so talented and they asked us if we wanted any menu changes before we ate. They even remembered we couldn’t eat clams and were very observant to any allergies. Staff were so helpful and fun going above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. We loved the kayaking. Win, Morning, Lily, Megan and all of the staff could not have even more helpful. We had to leave early to get our flight and Win and Morning made the transition to our transport stress free. We are glad we chose Signature cruises. We will definitely recommend to any of our friends. Cons: Nothing! Everything was amazing." ~Shauna

"Pros: The cruise itinerary was the classic route to the largest cave, titop island, and kayaking. The itinerary was well organised and paced. Ship is starting to be a little dated and could do with a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise comfortable, clean and functional. Staff were great. Cons: Transfer times were long on the return trip. Waiting to get off the boat (after check out and breakfast) - 45 mins. Waiting at the cruise terminal for the return bus - 45 mins." ~Fanys

The boat was super comfortable and spotless, with lovely excursions and delicious food from breakfast to dinner — even a snack before we landed. A big thank you to Lily and Andy, who were kind, helpful, and always polite. They made everything smooth from check-in to check-out and were especially great with our children. "Pros: All aspects of this trip including planning, private transfer, boat, guide, activities and food were spot on. We were glad we did a one night trip because our 6 and 8 year old have a lot of energy but without them we would have enjoyed to stay longer to relax but in terms of seeing the area a night is enough. "Pros: Beautiful cabin with spacious balcony and bathroom. Nice deck area to relax. Beautiful meals. Good variety of excursions. Cruise company provide a very comfortable and reliable transfer between Hanoi and the dock which I would highly recommend. All staff very friendly and professional. Cons: Not the company's fault but some excursions are ridiculously crowded due to the sheer numbers of day visitors to Halong Bay. Hardly any storage space in cabin for clothes" ~Lesley
