Great value and spacious room Cons: The spring mattress was sliding on the bed frame, the sheets weren't perfectly clean, and the shower hose was little damaged but worked. The smart tv wasn't smart enough so couldn't cast from my phone, and it had only VN channels. These were the only nitpicks I had" ~Son

"Pros: This beautiful hotel was a GEM! Located within just a few minutes from the bay front and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. This is in a perfect location. The staff were superb and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the facilities were brilliant. Super clean and modern bathrooms too. They also have a laundry service in the hotel which was great. We got a cab to the international docks for the boat tour and that was only 20-30 mins by cab and also only 5-10 mins from sunworld theme park. It is located in our opinion in the best area of the bay as it was the most picturesque by far!!! We have travelled Asia a lot! And stayed in so many hotels but this is one of our favourites.
