"Pros: The people were incredibly nice! Let me check in early, and after returning from the loop, they let me have a shower and rest there with no charge, even organizing the bus back to Hanoi. I also could leave my luggage with them during the trip and even though I didn't rent a bike through them, I could still borrow a helmet from them, also with no charge. They are very kind and it is a good base for when doing the Ha Giang Loop/Cao Bang tour :)" ~Kayley
