"Pros: We had a really clean and modern room and it was very spacious. The room had everything we needed and there was lots of storage as well. It was great value and the staff were really helpful with our queries and changed the kettle for us which didn’t work and booked us a taxi for the train station. There wasn’t much to do around here but we came mainly for the cave tours in phong nha. There are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Cons: We didn’t know there was a switch for the hot water until we left which would have been handy to know. The air con also needed to be turned on by a switch on the wall but we figured this out." ~Maeve
