"Pros: Villa was clean and the butler was very responsive. The villa itself is in an ideal location for a beach resort vacation. What services not provided by the butler / owner (such as breakfast and other resort amenities) were provided by Furama Villa itself. The villa is spacious even for 7 people. Cons: Biggest problem was WiFi. There were at least three access points in the house but none seemed correctly configured for the WiFi that was given in the check-in sheet. We often only got one or two bars on WiFi and there were frequent drops where we would lose WiFI completely. It was often better to connect to the WiFi in neighouring villas. The second issue is the air conditioning, which never seemed powerful enough to cool the bedrooms. Even at night the bedrooms were 25C when the AC was at maximum and it was 28C in the daytime. This seemed quite common in Vietnam but for this villa we would have expected better." ~Kate
