"Pros: Definitely value for money - we booked a triple family deluxe , and had quite a good view and space. The hotel is also ~400 m from the night market and the dragon bridge, so we had very relaxing evening walks from the place. The pool and gym were also quite nice. Cons: 1. Limited vegetarian options in the breakfast - The bigger problem is that it is not clearly marked what is veg and non veg, (For example... rice cake was veg, but one of the topping options was beef chips?) However, the salads and dressings were really good. 2. The service was less than what we expected. We had booked a kings room with panoramic view, but had to change it to triple deluxe to accommodate 3 of us... we spent close to 30 minutes for this change though, after a tiring travel - could have been handled more efficiently. We also had some minor issues in the room - like the bathroom lights and weighing machine didnt work. We had to call reception multiple times to get this fixed (could be the language barrier)?" ~Archana
