"Pros: Great room with a nice view out over the city. The views higher up would be even better. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Cons: 1) breakfast is too busy. You can't move for the crowd - they haven't got enough capacity for the number of guests. 2) they play awful "relaxing" music in the corridors and you can hear it in the rooms. Turn it off and leave people in peace. 3) there are 3 painfully slow lifts for 27 floors of people." ~Markbisto
