"Pros: The property was very clean and the atmosphere was great . I had no problems at all with my check in and through out my stay . The bathrooms and common areas were very clean . The hotel staff was very acommadating . They help you with everything. There is a very good boy there called DUC at the reception he never goes home at was so polite to me and answer me queries . He was very helpful and supportive through out my stay . I want to say a big thank you you to All the staff for making my stay there so easy . As I said I highly recommend Cons: All was good" ~John

"Pros: The location was good since we wanted to be on the river, however after experiencing the city I would have preferred to stay closer to the beach. It was clean and all the facilities were well maintained. The food selection (breakfast) daily was also satisfactory. Cons: We felt like just another number in this hotel. The staff was polite, however we only saw members of staff when checking in and checking out. For our entire stay we never saw anyone else. Although the hotel was nice, I would say it is better for travelling for business as apposed to traveling on holiday. Especially coming from another country, we expected better staff engagement since that is what we experienced at all our other hotels in Vietnam." ~Anonymous
