"Pros: Very peaceful setting next to the lake, free return shuttle bus in to town 3 times per day (or 15-20 minutes by taxi in to town for about £5), complimentary afternoon tea, lots of hotel activities if you have time (we stayed 2 nights, but could have stayed an extra night to use the hotel tennis courts, kayaking, electric boat ride, fishing, etc). Although the hotel was built in 2011 it's got a nice period style & furnishings.
Cons: The indoor pool was cold water, I don't think that's clear in the description."
